amazing access to museums and parks for weekend explorers

The hotel is a fantastic base for walking enthusiasts with the Museo Nacional de Antropologia just a short stroll away and plenty of parks like Campo Marte nearby, perfect for a relaxing afternoon after a day of sightseeing. the suite itself was clean and comfortable, and having coffee and snacks delivered to my door made mornings extra special.

flowsuites polanco is perfectly situated among great restaurants and shops. the staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. i appreciated the dry cleaning service and the breakfast was a delightful muffin and yogurt left at my door.

The Executive Suite was clean and pretty, which was a plus for our family. There’s a full kitchen, so having a microwave and fridge was nice. It lacked air conditioning, but the fans worked fine since it wasn't too hot. I loved the breakfast setup with cookies, fruit, and coffee left at our door. Just a heads up, the entrance lobby looked a bit bare, which was kinda off-putting at first.
